Davert Organic Buckwheat in the big 25kg bag. Buckwheat is often processed as flour into pancakes. It is also popular in casseroles, as a side dish or roasted as "kasha". Actually not a grain, but belongs to the knotweed family. After cleaning, the spelt-like hard fruit skin of buckwheat grains is removed. When cooked, buckwheat is becoming increasingly popular as a groat or porridge. But it can also be processed well in soups and bakery products.
