Flaxseed and I are not going to be friends, but that's not the fault of this product. I just don't like the taste. But adding a little to the bread flour mix gives the bread a little variety and also looks a little different to the eye.

Leinsamen und ich werden keine Freunde werden, doch dafür kann dieses Produkt nichts. Ich mag den Eigengeschmack einfach nicht. Doch ein wenig in die Brotmehlmischung dazu, gibt dem Brot ein wenig Abwechslung und sieht auch etwas anders fürs Auge aus.
