I find the quality of Davert's brown linseed better than other linseed products I have tested so far. There are also other ingredients (seeds, grasses) in the product. Some linseed grains have black spots. Sorting helps. Use the linseed as a fibre component, 1-2 tablespoons in the blender and then on bread, in muesli etc. It tastes good and the colon is happy about the fibre. Or soak it in water, strain the liquid and drink it for the stomach lining. We also use linseed for baking gluten-free bread. We are almost satisfied, but the quality is not 100% okay, hence the star deduction.

I have been using this linseed in my muesli in the morning for years. The high fibre content helps me to add the necessary fibre to my diet.

I throw this product into the garden and then have delicate light blue flowers that move beautifully in the wind.
