Davert Organic Brown Linseed, crushed

For baking, mixing or as a topping

Davert Organic Brown Linseed is crushed brown linseed. Can also be consumed without soaking. Mildly nutty in taste, it can be used in many ways: For mixing add to smoothies, fruit juices, soups, cereals and sauces. Sprinkle over yoghurt, cottage cheese, bread or fruit salad as topping. For baking, replace a small portion of the flour with linseed.
Using
  • For mixing: Stir into smoothies, fruit juices, soups, cereals or sauces.
  • To top it: Sprinkle over yoghurt, quark, bread or (fruit) salad. 
  • For baking: Simply replace a small part of the flour with the brown flax seeds.
