Getrocknete Bohnen sind ja praktisch kaum noch in Läden zu bekommen, überall gibt es leider nur noch fertige Dosenware, weshalb ich mich über diese Bezugsquelle für getrocknete schwarze Bohnen von Davert sehr freue. Beim Einweichen der schwarzen Bohnen (12-24 h) sollte unbedingt etwas Zitronensaft oder Molke ins Einweichwasser gegeben werden.
