: Review date:Really great, fluffy, snow-white, initially loose (later sticky to taste) rice. Perfect in a pan, just bring to the boil briefly and then leave to swell. This and parboiled rice are our main varieties, depending on the dish. However, wild rice and red or black rice from Davert are also great!
Ganz toller, duftiger, schneeweißer, zuerst lockerer (später nach Belieben klebriger) Reis. Perfekt im Topf einfach nur kurz aufkochen und dann quellen lassen. Dieser und der Parboiled Reis sind unsere Hauptsorten, je nach Gericht. Wildreis und roter bzw. schwarzer Reis von Davert sind aber auch toll!

: Review date:The basmati rice stays nice and fluffy even after cooking and doesn't clump. I love the many sizes in which you can buy the rice. As a family of four that eats an average of 1 kilo of rice a month, the package is perfectly sufficient. I always use a little beef stock instead of salt when I cook the rice.
Der Basmatireis bleibt auch nach dem Kochen schön locker und verklumpt nicht. Toll finde ich die vielen Größen, in denen man den Reis kaufen kann. Als 4-köpfige Familie, die im Schnitt 1 Kilo Reis im Monat isst, reicht uns die Packung vollkommen aus. Ich verwende immer etwas Rinderbrühe anstatt Salz, wenn ich den Reis koche.
