Azuki beans are delicious and rich in nutrients. After plenty of soaking, these from Davert are wonderful for further processing. No dish with them has ever been unsuccessful, hence 5 stars.

Azukibohnen sind lecker und nährstoffreich. Diese von Davert lassen sich nach reichlich Einweichen wunderbar weiterverarbeiten. Kein Gericht mit ihnen war bisher nicht gelungen, daher 5 Sterne.

I have read that azuki beans are versatile. Now I am trying out recipes and some of them are really delicious. Whether sweet or savoury. There are only a few that don't taste right, but otherwise I'm very happy.

Ich habe gelesen, dass Azukibohnen vielseitige einsetzbar sind. Nun bin ich am Rezepte ausprobieren und einige sind wirklich richtig lecker. Egal ob süß oder herzhaft. Nur bei wenigen passt es geschmacklich so gar nicht, aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.
