Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 160 g flour
  • 1/3 packet baking powder
  • 170 g butter
  • 150 g whole chestnuts
  • 100 g bacon
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g Emmental cheese
  • Salt
Preparation: Mix the eggs, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the melted butter. Mix in the chopped chestnuts, the Emmental and the fried bacon strips. Pour into a cake tin and place in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Nach div. Reinfällen beim Kauf von "frischen Maronen* i.d. Saison...(z.B. keine echten, sondern einfache Esskastanien, Schimmel, usw.)---+ habe ich diese gekauft....und ich bin *Superhappy*...jede einzelne schmeckt Klasse und schön saftig.... Kaufe jetzt nur noch diese...:)*
