Steep the pasta in 2.5 liters of salted (1 teaspoon of salt per liter), simmering water for approx. 12-15 minutes until it "al dente".

: Review date:If you like cheese in pasta, you'll love this tortellini. The cheese filling is so delicious, you won't want to stop eating. It's very easy to prepare and relatively quick. It doesn't have to be every day, but I can imagine eating it once or twice a month. There are other varieties from DAngelo.
Wer Käse in Pasta mag, wird diese Tortellini lieben. Die Käsefüllung ist so lecker, da mag man gar nicht aufhören, zu essen. Die Zubereitung ist denkbar einfach und es geht relativ schnell. Muss jetzt nicht täglich sein, aber so ein- zweimal im Monat kann ich mir das gut vorstellen. Es gibt ja noch andere Sorten von D’Angelo.
