Steep the pasta in 2.5 litres salted (1tsp. salt per 1 litre of water) simmering water for approx. 12-15 minutes until "al dente".

: Review date:For me, the ravioli were not mushy. I ate the pasta with pesto. They are quick to prepare. I also like to order the other pasta from D'Angelo (tortelini and ravioli with cheese).
Bei mir waren die Ravioli nicht matschig. Ich habe die Nudeln zusammen mit Pesto gegessen. Sie sind schnell zubereitet. Ich bestelle auch die anderen Nudeln von D'Angelo sehr gerne (Tortelini und Ravioli mit Käse).

: Review date:I didn't like the ravioli. I found them rather mushy and floury after cooking. Maybe the cooking time was wrong or I did something wrong. I don't know... I could eat the ravioli with the tomato sauce that came with it. But I don't necessarily have to have it again.
Mir haben die Ravioli nicht geschmeckt. Ich fand sie eher matschig und mehlig nach dem Kochen. Vielleicht stimmt auch die Kochzeit nicht oder ich hab was falsch gemacht. Ich weiß es nicht... Mit der Tomatensauce, die es dazu gab, konnte ich die Ravioli dann schon essen. Aber muss ich nicht unbedingt nochmal haben.

: Review date:Let others think what they like about ravioli. I like them! Especially when I come home from a party on a Saturday night (or rather Sunday morning), the first thing I reach for is a can. Quickly heated up, it satisfies my little hunger and - in this case - it's even really tasty.
Mögen andere von Ravioli halten, was sie wollen. Ich mag die Dinger! Gerade, wenn ich Samstag Nacht (besser gesagt Sonntag früh) von Party komme, ist mein erster Griff zur Dose. Schnell aufgewärmt stillt es meinen kleinen Hunger und das - in diesem Fall - sogar richtig schmackhaft.
