Put the pasta in 2.5 liters of salted (1 teaspoon of salt per liter), slightly boiling water and leave it for approx. 12-15 minutes to make it "al dente".

Diese Pasta mit Gemüsefüllung ist einfach toll. Ich lasse sie immer wie beschrieben 10-14 Minuten in heißem Wasser ziehen, danach hat man eine Pasta die "al dente" ist. Die Füllung mit Zwiebel, Lauch und Spinat ist mein Favorit. Aber auch die anderen Sorten schmecken gut.

Lecker Cappelletti mit einer tollen Gemüsefüllung. Bekommt man nicht so oft. Und wenn man sie wie beschrieben zubereitet, hat man eine bissfeste Pasta auf den Teller. Für mich sind sie auf jeden Fall jeden Cent wert, den sie kosten. Dafür gebe ich gerne etwas mehr aus.
