For preparing delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: briefly sauté vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add Cosmoveda Tikka Curry Paste (1-2 tbsp. per portion) and simmer until done. Serve with rice. The Indian curry is ready.
