Wer auf eine gesunde Kochweise achtet, kommt an Ghee nicht mehr vorbei. Dieses hier ist besonders zu empfehlen. Passt prima zu vielen Gerichten, egal ob indisch, arabisch oder deutsch. Anfangs muss man sich zwar an den etwas eigenen Eschmack gewöhnen aber mittlerweile brate ich vorrangig damit. Man benötigt auch recht wenig davon.
