: Review date:Inspired by the many good reviews, I ordered the Cosmoveda ghee on a trial basis and have been using it for a few weeks, but will certainly not order it again! Unlike what I'm used to with good ghee (even homemade), this one seems to me to be an oily mass with fat crumbs floating in it, instead of an appetising homogeneous cream - and it's the cold season now...I can only explain this with a manufacturing error and doubt that this product is as durable as it should be.
Angeregt durch die vielen guten Rezensionen habe ich mir versuchsweise das Cosmoveda-Ghee bestellt und benutze es seit einigen Wochen, werde es aber sicher nicht mehr bestellen! Anders, ich es von gutem Ghee (auch von selbstgemachtem) gewohnt bin, besteht dieses hier für mich aus einer öligen Masse, in der die Fettkrümel schwimmen, statt aus einer appetitlichen homogenen Creme - dabei ist jetzt die kalte Jahreszeit..Ich kann mir das nur mit einem Herstellungsfehler erklären und bezweifele, dass dieses Produkt so haltbar ist, wie es sein sollte.

: Review date:Since our first experiment with Cosmoveda Ghee, all other frying fats and oils have been forgotten. Ghee is highly heatable and easily digestible. Its aroma and taste are incomparable to anything else and are the best for us. It also splatters much less in the pan than our other products. For us, ghee goes perfectly with both German and Asian cuisine. That's why we always order the large jar from Violey and take the ghee out of it with a clean spoon. It can even be spread on bread, but I don't like it as much as real butter. A great product to buy again.
Seit unserem ersten Versuch mit Cosmoveda Ghee wurden alle anderen Bratfette und -öle vergessen. Ghee ist hocherhitzbar und leicht verdaulich. Sein Aroma und Geschmack sind mit nichts zu vergleichen und für uns das Beste. Zudem spritzt es in der Pfanne viel weniger als unsere anderen Produkte. Ghee passt für uns sowohl zu deutscher als auch zu asiatischer Küche hervorragend. Wir bestellen daher bei Violey immer gleich das große Glas und entnehmen das Ghee daraus mit einem sauberen Löffel. Es lässt sich sogar aufs Brot streichen, das schmeckt mir aber nicht so gut wie echte Butter. Ein super Produkt zum Nachkaufen.

Diese Gheebutter ist einfach Spitze. Besser kann man sie selbst nicht herstellen. Für alle, die Probleme haben mit der Fettverdauung. Damit kann man einfach "losbuttern". Fleisch anbraten macht wieder Spass, Gemüse schmeckt super. Ich würde niemals wieder freiwillig auf Öl umsteigen.
