Very good! I have been buying them for years. Nice to be able to buy them here as organic shelled mung beans are hard to find in the shops. They are essential for my favourite dhal, as the recipe with the shelled m. doesn't work that way. Besides, the shelled m. don't need to be soaked beforehand!

Sehr gut! Kaufe ich schon seit Jahren. Schön, daß man sie hier kaufen kann, da geschälte Mungobohnen in Bioqualität im Laden schwer erhältlich sind. Für mein Lieblingsdhal sind sie unerlässlich, da das Rezept mit den geschälten M. nicht so funktioniert. Ausserdem müssen die geschälten M. nicht vorher eingeweicht werden!
