Application:
For preparing delicious curry dishes according to original Indian style: Heat vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee briefly, then add Cosmoveda Mild Goa Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and cook until finished. For a creamy sauce add sour cream, cream cheese or Creamed Coconut and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice. And finished is the Indian curry.

It tastes intense, but not too overpowering. I use it in many dishes. I also like to use it in non-Indian cuisine. It tastes particularly good in creamy sauces that need an unusual flavour. This is what the curry paste gives them. It is my absolute favourite flavour, which I love more than anything. I'm happy to give up all the other curry pastes on the market for it.
Wer wie ich ein Curry-Fan und Freund der indischen Küche ist, kommt an dieser Curry Paste nicht dran vorbei. Sie schmeckt genauso, wie ich mir Indien immer vorgestellt habe. Sie schmeckt zwar intensiv, aber nicht allzu aufdringlich. Ich verwende sie in vielen –Gerichten. Auch in der nichtindischen Küche nehme ich sie gerne. Besonders toll schmeckt sie in cremigen Saucen, die einen außergewöhnlichen Geschmack benötigen. Diesen bekommen sie durch die Curry Paste. Sie ist mein absoluter Geschmacksfavorit, den ich über alles liebe. Dafür lasse ich gerne alle anderen Curry Pasten stehen, die es sonst noch so auf dem Markt gibt.

Eine super Curry Paste mit der man leckere Gerichte zaubern kann. Der Curry Geschmack ist intensiv, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Paste ist sehr ergiebig. Ich mariniere meist Fleisch mit ihr, aber auch für cremige Pastasaucen hat sie sich bereits bewährt. Ein gutes Produkt, dei dem Preis/Leistung stimmt.
