Full-bodied, malty taste. Ideal for Indian cuisine. Adds a special note to coffee or tea, for example. A good choice for desserts of all kinds. Unfortunately, Cosmoveda Jaggery Candy is not available in organic quality!

Vollmundig, malziger Geschmack. Ideal für die indische Küche. Gibt z.B. Kaffee oder Tee eine besondere Note. Für Süßspeisen aller Art eine gute Wahl. Leider gibt es den Cosmoveda Jaggery Kandis nicht in Bio-Qualität!

This sugar is alive!!! It sounds crazy, but when you sprinkle the sugar from its packaging, you see with your own eyes what I mean! Jaggery sugar is very finely ground and when the super fine particles break down on top of each other, it looks like jaggery is "working" and moving. This sight alone is worth buying Cosmovedas' sugar alternative. Otherwise, the dark beige to golden jaggery scores points with me for its milder sweetness and pleasant caramel taste compared to white granulated sugar. Absolutely worth seeing and trying.

Dieser Zucker lebt!! Das klingt verrückt, doch wenn Sie den Zucker aus seiner Verpackung streuen, sehen Sie mit eigenen Augen, was ich meine! Jaggery-Zucker ist sehr fein gemahlen und wenn die super feinen Partikel übereinander zerfallen, sieht es so aus, als ob Jaggery "arbeitet" und sich bewegt. Allein dieser Anblick ist es wert, sich Cosmovedas' Zuckeralternative zu kaufen. Ansonsten punktet der dunkelbeigefarbene bis goldene Jaggery bei mir mit seiner milderen Süße und seinem angenehmen Karamell-Geschmack im Vergleich zum weißen Kristallzucker. Absolut sehens- und "probierenswert".
