: Review date:I am a very big fan of ghee. It is a wonderful composition of fat and ghee. For those who don't know ghee, I first got to know it at an Indian restaurant. It is used very often there. I like to use it for cooking and steaming. Especially vegetables get a great aroma from the light coconut flavour, which is not overbearing, but still gives the vegetables a special touch. My family is convinced by it and we use it very often. Also, we don't need a large amount as it is very rich. I will definitely buy the ghee again!
Ich bin ein ganz großer Fan von Ghee. Es ist eine wunderbare Komposition von Fett und Ghee. Wer Ghee nicht kennt, ich habe es auch erst bei einem Inder kennengelernt. Dort wird es sehr häufig verwendet. Ich verwende es gerne zum Kochen und Dünsten. Vor allem Gemüse bekommt durch den leichten Cocosgeschmack ein tolles Aroma, das nicht aufdringlich ist, aber dem Gemüse dennoch eine besondere Note gibt. Meine Familie ist davon überzeugt und wir verwenden es sehr häufig. Zudem brauchen wir keine große Menge, da es sehr reichhaltig ist. Ich werde das Ghee auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen!
