To prevent fermentation, the slightly wilted leaves of the Camellia sinensis tea plant are carefully steamed with steam after harvesting. This preserves the fresh, aromatic green taste that characterises this classic green tea.

Application:
Bring fresh water to the boil and let it cool down to approx. 80°C. Pour one Sencha green tea filter bag per cup and let infuse for 2-3 minutes according to taste, then remove the filter bag.
