Chuan Organic Matcha. Matcha is a finely ground Japanese green tea. The tea bushes are shaded before harvesting, which gives it its rich green colour. Carefully selected tea leaves are picked, steamed, dried and traditionally ground into a fine powder using granite stone mills. Perfect for enjoying on its own or in delicious creations such as a matcha latte.

Application:
Place half a teaspoon (approx. 1 g) of matcha in a small bowl and pour over water heated to 80°C. Then whisk the tea with a tea or matcha whisk for about 15 seconds until frothy.
