Chuan Organic Green Tea Chun Mee. For this organic green tea, the fresh tea leaves are steamed immediately after harvest. Then they are allowed to dry in the sun and finally rolled by hand. Chun-Mee means translated "precious eyebrow" and is an allusion to the gently curving shape of the rolled tea leaves. This popular green tea spoils with its strong, slightly tart flavour.

Bring fresh water to a boil and allow to cool down to approx. 80 °C. Pour one heaped teaspoon of tea (2-3 g) per cup and infuse for 2-3 minutes according to taste, then strain.

This green tea is enjoyable to drink because its taste is not too intense, not bitter either. I like to drink it every day and more often during the day. Not always the Chun Mee, as Chuan has a wide range to offer. You won't get bored.

Dieser Grüntee lässt sich genüßlich trinken, da sein Geschmack nicht zu intensiv ist, auch nicht bitter. Kann ich gerne jeden Tag trinken und auch öfters am Tag. Nicht immer den Chun Mee, da Chuan eine breite Palette zu bieten hat. Da kommt keine Langeweile auf.
