: Review date:The hemp seeds are soft and easy to bite into and they have a very good taste. When I'm a little hungry, I like to eat two or three coffee spoonfuls and then I'm satisfied. When I baked bread myself for a while, I mixed hemp seeds into the bread dough.
Die Hanfsamen sind weich und leicht zu zerbeißen und sie haben einen sehr guten Geschmack. Wenn mich der kleine Hunger plagt, esse ich gerne mal zwei oder drei Kaffeelöffel voll und bin danach zufrieden. Als ich eine Zeit lang selbst Brot gebacken habe, habe ich Hanfsamen unter den Brotteig gemischt.
