: Review date:Pesto Rosso is usually "just" Italian pesto with tomatoes. The tomato flavour is less pronounced here, but the hemp note, as in other Chiron products, is all the more noticeable. At first I wasn't sure if the combination would work, but together with a bit of spiciness, preferably pepper and chilli, you can really make a wonderful sauce out of it. To be honest, it has less in common with Pesto Rosso, but judging by the name, it really is a very tasty pesto!
Pesto Rosso ist ja normalerweise "einfach nur" italienisches Pesto mit Tomaten. Der Tomatengeschmack hier ist weniger deutlich, die Hanfnote, wie in anderen Chironprodukten, dafür umso merkbarer. War mir bei der Kombination erst nicht sicher, ob das zusammenpasst, aber zusammen mit ein bisschen Schärfe, bei mir vorzugsweise durch Pfeffer und Chili, kann man hieraus wirklich eine ganz wundervolle Soße basteln. Mit einem Pesto Rosso hat das ganze ehrlicherweise weniger zutun, aber abgesehem vom Namen wirklich ein sehr sehr leckeres Pesto!

: Review date:If you read through the list of ingredients, the pesto sounds very tasty. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed when I tried it. Somehow it had an aftertaste that I couldn't quite put my finger on and didn't really like. I had also imagined it to be tomatoier. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasure. Other Chiron pesto varieties tasted better.
Wenn man sich die Zutatenliste durchliest, hört sich das Pesto sehr lecker an. Ich wurde leider etwas enttäuscht beim Probieren. Irgendwie hatte es einen Beigeschmack, den ich nicht so richtig zuordnen konnte und auch nicht so mochte. Hatte es mir auch tomatiger vorgestellt. Ein Genuss war es leider nicht. Andere Pesto Sorten von Chiron haben mir besser geschmeckt.
