: Review date:In fact, I agree with the previous speaker that the pesto is very oily. But that is partly to be expected with basil pestos, at least when real basil is used and not some kind of extract. In the end, however, this speaks for high-quality ingredients and makes the pesto more productive, as the strong flavour is still clearly present even after mixing with cream, yoghurt or stirred into sauces. Basil and hemp is also a great combination that could be used more often. :)
Tatsächlich schließe ich mich dem Vorredner an, das Pesto ist schon stark ölig. Bei Basilikum-Pestos ist das ja aber teilweise erwartbar, zumindest wenn echter Basilikum und nicht irgendein Extrakt verwendet wird. Im Endeffekt spricht das aber für hochwertige Zutaten und macht das Pesto ergiebiger, da der starke Geschmack auch nach dem Mischen mit Sahne, Joghurt, oder untergerührt in Soßen noch deutlich vorhanden ist. Basilikum und Hanf ist auch einfach eine tolle Kombination, die es ruhig öfter geben könnte. :)
