Cha Do Sencha Duan Xin Organic Green Tea. This tea variety is called Zhen Chin Cha in China. The tea is light and has a light colour. The main difference to other green teas is the sterilisation by steam. The fresh tea leaves are pressed through a steam tunnel by means of a screw and thus sterilised. Now the sterilised leaves are dried, rolled and dried again in several steps. Finally, they are mechanically shaped into their typical needle-like form.

Application:
Brew approx. 7-10 g of tea with 1 litre of hot water (85 °C) and allow to infuse for 3 to a max. of 5 minutes. But do not be afraid to try other variations. What you like is the proper variant.
