Cha Do China Gunpowder Organic Green Tea. This green tea conjures up a light, amber-colored hot drink in your cup. Chinese green tea that is processed in a wok. Initial trials have shown that it is ideal for attaya, which is how green gunpowder tea is widely cooked in West Africa. About one part tea to 3 parts water and three quarters part sugar. Add a mint leaf if you like. Simmer for about 10 to 20 minutes, pouring one part tea back and forth in two glasses 2 to 3 times in between (fermentation, foam, colour) and then back into the pot. At the end, drink like a small espresso, not necessarily in the evening. The whole thing can be brewed up to four times. Much smoother, more aromatic and milder at the same time with organic "unleaded" leaves.

Nach ersten Versuchen bestens geeignet für Attaya, wie grüner Gunpowder Tee in Westafrika weit verbreitet gekocht wird. Etwa einen Teil Tee auf 3 Teile Wasser und Dreiviertel Teil Zucker. Gerne ein Minzblatt dazu. Köchelt etwa 10 bis 20 Minuten, dazwischen 2 bis 3 mal einen Teil Tee in zwei Gläsern hin und hergiessen (Fermentierung, Schaum, Farbe) und in die Kanne zurück. Am Ende wie einen kleinen Espresso trinken, nicht unbedingt abends. Das Ganze kann bis zu viermal gebrüht werden. Mit bio "bleifrei" Blättern deutlich sanfter, aromatischer und milder zugleich.

A really good tasting and digestible green tea. Since I have been drinking this tea, I like to do without coffee and my stomach thanks me. The Fairtade seal is also very important to me.
