Cenovis Organic Quick Noodle Gratin with Ham. What is macaroni with cheese for one person, is the beloved baked noodles with ham for someone else. With the organic seasoning mixture in the bag you already have the basis for the baked dish.
Preparation for noodle gratin with ham
Fresh ingredients: 125 g pasta (gluten free) (penne or rigatoni), 100 g cooked ham, 100 ml cream, 50 g grated cheese
1. Add uncooked noodles (gluten free) in a greased baking dish.
2. Cut the ham into cubes and spread evenly.
3. Mix the bag contents with 400 ml cold water and 100 ml cream.
4. Bring to boil while stirring and simmer for one minute.
5. Add sauce to pasta and ham in the baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle cheese over the dish and bake in preheated oven at 200 °C (gas level 3 / circulating air: 175 °C) for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
Preparation for broccoli gratin (veggie recipe)
Fresh ingredients: 300 g broccoli (fresh or frozen), 50 g grated cheese
1. Blanch fresh broccoli for 2 minutes; defrost broccoli with frozen vegetables.
2. Evenly spread broccoli in a greased baking dish.
3. Mix the bag contents with 250 ml cold water, bring to a boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
4. Evenly spread the sauce in the baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C (gas: level 3 / circulating air: 175 °C) until golden brown in 15 - 20 minutes.
