Cenovis Organic Quick Chili con Carne. This organic seasoning mix is the fast way to prepare the popular classic within a short cooking time. The mix of tomatoes, peppers, garlic, chili and various herbs gives your chilli con carne the right spicy flavour.

Preparation for chili con carne

Fresh ingredients: 200 g minced meat, 1 tin of beans 400 g (drained net weight 240 g)

1. Fry minced meat in a some oil.

2. Add 250 ml of water, mix in the bag contents, bring to a boil while stirring and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

3. Drain the beans well, mix in and cook with the other ingredients.

Serve with rice or bread.

Preparation for 6 Mexico Wraps

Fresh ingredients: 6 wraps, 1 cup sour cream, 6 lettuce leaves, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 paprika, 200 g minced meat, 1 tin of beans, optional 100 g cheese

1. Prepare chili con carne as mentionned above, but use only 200 ml instead of 250 ml water.

2. Slightly heat up the wraps in a pan or in the oven.

3. Spread the wraps in the middle with lettuce, sour cream, chili con carne and grated cheese (to your own taste).

4. Roll the wraps and enjoy.
