Campo Verde Organic Sun-dried Tomatoes. The tomatoes are halved immediately after harvesting, sprinkled with sea salt and gently dried in the sun. Preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil and seasoned with herbs, they develop a particularly intense flavour. These sun dried tomatoes are a delicious addition to a colourful antipasti platter, a topping for traditional Italian dishes such as pizza or pasta, or an ingredient in a fresh, crisp salad.
