Campo Verde Organic Spelt Semolina. The spelt grains are gently ground and sieved to produce spelt semolina. It tastes good not only as semolina porridge, but also in soups, casseroles and desserts.
Preparation: Stir 30 g spelt semolina into 250 ml boiling water and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste.
