Campo Verde Organic Parboiled Rice. This long-grain top-quality rice grown in the north of India is processed using the parboiled method and impresses with its short cooking time. Parboiled means that the rice is treated with steam and pressure before being husked, which means that most of the ingredients are retained. Parboiled rice is ideal as a side dish, but also tastes great in casseroles, salads or soups.

Application:
Bring one cup of rice (approx. 125 g), two cups of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a pan. Cook gently with the lid on until the rice has absorbed all the water. Cook for approx. 12-15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, stir the rice gently with a fork and leave to evaporate.
