Application:
Bring a cup of rice (approx. 125 g), two cups of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a pan. Cover and simmer gently for approx. 10-12 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the water. Stir the rice gently, cover and leave to evaporate for approx. 20 minutes.
