Campo Verde Organic Beluga Lentils. Due to their dark colour, Beluga lentils are also called caviar lentils in many places. They have a refined taste and develop an aroma reminiscent of marrons when cooked. Beluga lentils taste best as a side dish or as a starter.
Preparation: Basic recipe for 2 people: Boil 150 g Beluga lentils in twice the amount of water and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Only add salt at the end of the cooking time.
