Application:
Bring one cup of rice (approx. 125 g), two cups of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a pan. Cook gently with the lid on until the rice has absorbed all the water. Cook for approx. 10-12 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, stir the rice gently with a fork and leave to evaporate.
