Byodo Premium Sea Salt coarse. Mildly salty thanks to its coarse texture. With a grain size of 1-3 mm, this coarse sea salt is ideal for filling salt mills. Byodo sea salt comes from a biosphere reserve on the Spanish Atlantic coast. As it is extracted from pure seawater, it is of particularly high quality. The natural evaporation of the sea water in the salt flats with the help of the sun and wind creates a salt crust. This is carefully harvested, washed, sieved and gently cleaned. The natural salt contains no anti-caking agents – for pure enjoyment.
