Ich verwende diese Nudeln schon viele Jahre sehr gern für Nudelsalate. Auch die Kinder mögen sie, wegen der gedrehten Form gern. Das kleckert dann auch nicht so, wie bei Spaghetti ;-). Bin froh, dass ich die Nudeln hier gefunden habe.

: Review date:I love these noodles. They are really tasty and very well thought out. With most pasta shapes, you always have the problem that the sauce doesn't stick. So you eat the naked noodles first and then the sauce. With the Volanti, however, you get the feeling that their shape was specially developed to be able to absorb as much sauce as possible. And that works very well. The sauce really collects in the little groove. Ingenious! Moreover, the noodles keep their shape after cooking and remain firm to the bite. I can really recommend the noodles. Definitely give it a try. The version with summer spelt is also very tasty.
Ich liebe diese Nudeln. Sie sind echt lecker und sehr gut durchdacht. Bei den meisten Nudelformen hat man ja immer das Problem, dass die Soße nicht haften bleibt. Man isst also erst die nackigen Nudeln und danach die Soße. Bei den Volanti aber hat man das Gefühl, dass deren Form extra entwickelt wurde, um möglichst viel Soße aufnehmen zu können. Und das funktioniert prima. Die Soße sammelt sich wirklich in der kleinen Rille. Genial! Zudem behalten die Nudeln nach dem Kochen ihre Form und bleiben bissfest. Ich kann die Nudeln wirklich weiterempfehlen. Unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Auch die Variante mit Sommerdinkel ist sehr lecker.
