: Review date:As usual from Byodo, this product is also first-class. You could almost think it wasn't a vegan version at all, because the taste is really somewhat reminiscent of real mayo. The consistency is fine and creamy. It neither curdles nor liquefies on hot food. That's why this mayo is my new favourite. I use it for potato and pasta salad, sandwiches or on chips. Everything tastes wonderful. Even a friend didn't notice right away the other day that she was eating vegan mayonnaise with me and was surprised at me. That's why I recommend Byodo mayo to all vegans (and everyone else, of course).
Wie von Byodo gewohnt, ist auch dieses Produkt wieder erstklassig. Man könnte fast meinen, es wäre gar keine vegane Variante, denn der Geschmack erinnert wirklich etwas an „echte“ Mayo. Die Konsistenz ist fein und cremig. Weder gerinnt, noch verflüssigt sie sich auf heißen Lebensmitteln. Deshalb ist diese Mayo auch mein neuer Favorit. Ich nehme sie z.B. für Kartoffel- und Nudelsalat, zu Sandwiches oder klassisch auf Pommes. Schmeckt alles wunderbar. Selbst eine Freundin hat neulich nicht gleich gemerkt, dass sie bei mir vegane Mayonnaise isst, und sich über mich gewundert. Daher empfehle ich die Byodo Mayo an alle Veganer (natürlich auch alle anderen) weiter.
