Preparation:
1. Place 150 ml cold milk and 200 ml of cold cream in a mixing bowl and add the content of the bag as well as 1-2 tbsp of sugar.
2. Stir briefly with a hand mixer at the lowest level.
3. Stor for 2-3 minutes at the highest level until an airy-creamy mousse is formed.

: Review date:Tried all three varieties of the mousse: unfortunately, it was not my taste at all. The flavour was much too weak, so the mousse varieties only tasted greasy and floury. Unfortunately, you can also taste the sweet whey in all three.
Habe alle drei Sorten der Mousse probiert: war leider überhaupt nicht mein Geschmack. Das Aroma war viel zu schwach, so dass die Mousse-Sorten lediglich fettig-mehlig schmecken. Leider schmeckt man auch bei allen dreien die Süßmolke heraus.
