: Review date:We particularly enjoy Byodo’s sweet mustard with various savoury dishes and during the barbecue season. It was also a hit with our guests. The mustard isn’t as sweet as Händlmeier’s and not as tangy as Campo Verde’s sweet mustard. It’s currently our favourite.
We find the consistency just right – not too thick and not too thin.
Zu diversen herzhaften Gerichten und in der Grillsaison schmeckt uns der süße Senf von Byodo besonders gut. Er kam auch bei unseren Gästen gut an. Der Senf ist nicht so süß wie Händlmeier und nicht so sauer wie der süße Senf von Campo Verde. Ist aktuell unser Favorit.
Die Konsistenz empfinden wir als gut, nicht zu dick und nicht zu dünn.
