Wir haben lange nach der richtigen Pasta für uns gesucht - bei dieser sind wir geblieben- wir mögen sie gerne weil sie recht kompakt ist und etwas fest bleibt - das mögen wir sehr gerne - vom Geschmack her haben uns alle Byodo Nudeln gut gefallen aber diese hier ist unsere Nr.1 - zum guten Geschmack kommt hinzu dass sie auf der angerichteten Platte sehr hübsch aussieht. : Review date:In response to Cedrik S.'s review, I would like to say that the tomato and spinach powder are not added for flavour, but only for the beautiful variety of colours. As we all know, the eye eats with us. Anyone who has tried different Tricolore noodles knows: it's normal that you don't taste much difference between the colours. In any case, I like the colourful spirals from byodo very much, because they are intensely twisted and nice and big and thick. I find that they absorb sauces very well. They taste best with a good homemade tomato or carbonara sauce.
Zu der Rezension von Cedrik S. möchte ich gerne sagen, dass das Tomaten- und Spinatpulver auch nicht zur Geschmacksgebung beigefügt werden, sondern lediglich für die schöne Farbvielfalt. Das Auge isst ja bekanntlich mit. Wer bereits verschiedene Tricolore Nudeln ausprobiert hat, weiß: es ist normal, dass man keinen großen Unterschied zwischen den Farben schmeckt. Mir gefallen die bunten Spiralen von byodo jedenfalls sehr gut, da sie intensiv eingedreht und schön groß und dick sind. Dadurch nehmen sie Saucen auch sehr gut auf wie ich finde. Mit einer guten selbstgemachten Tomaten- oder Carbonarasauce schmecken sie mir am besten.

Ich finde die Spiralen ziemlich geschmacksneutral. Vom Tomaten- oder Spinatpulver konnte ich leider nichts herausschmecken. Wer bunte Abwechslung auf dem Teller sucht, der wird nicht enttäuscht. Günstiger Preis für Bio-Qualität. Dafür Daumen nach oben. Ansonsten solides Mittelfeld in meinen Augen.

: Review date:My children are all crazy about these colourful noodles from Byodo. As soon as they buy them, they are cooked, served and eaten. It doesn't matter what sauce you make with it, everything tastes good and even as a pasta salad, the colourful noodles are great.
Meine Kinder sind allesamt ganz verrückt nach diesen bunten Nudeln von Byodo. Kaum gekauft, sind sie auch schon gekocht, serviert und verspeist. Egal, welche Soße man dazu macht, es schmeckt alles gut und selbst als Nudelsalat machen sich die bunten Nudeln prima.
