Byodo Organic Omega Balance Oil, savoury. A savoury, nutty delight with roasted depth and warmth. This powerful oil composition is naturally rich in omega 3, vitamin E and K. Vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress, vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and supports the maintenance of normal bones. The omega-3 fatty acid α-linolenic contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with a daily intake of 2 g (= 6 ml / 1.5 tsp). This powerful oil composition supports a balanced diet and adds deliciously nutty, savoury and roasted flavours to salads, bowls and baked vegetables.
