Preparation:
1. Place 100 ml cold milk and 250 ml of cold cream in a mixing bowl and add the content of the bag as well as 1-2 tbsp of sugar.
2. Stir briefly with a hand mixer at the lowest level.
3. Stor for 2-3 minutes at the highest level until an airy-creamy mousse is formed.
4. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator until consumption.

Good Mousse Au Chocolat that is much much easier to prepare than one made from scratch. The taste and consistency are superior for a ready-made product and the preparation is easy.

Tried all three varieties of the mousse: unfortunately, it was not my taste at all. The flavour was much too weak, so the mousse varieties only tasted greasy and floury. There was hardly any chocolate to be tasted here.

Habe alle drei Sorten der Mousse probiert: war leider überhaupt nicht mein Geschmack. Das Aroma war viel zu schwach, so dass die Mousse-Sorten lediglich fettig-mehlig schmecken. Von Schokolade war hier kaum etwas herauszuschmecken.
