: Review date:Good medium hot organic mustard. Finally a decent amount, otherwise you can only buy the 200 g jars in organic, so there is a lot of glass waste. Mustard also keeps well when opened. In our case, the 5 kg bucket lasted over 7 months without a fridge and was perfect until then. But actually, we would have preferred a 1 kg jar because it could be in the kitchen and not in the cellar.
Guter mittelscharfer Biosenf. Endlich mal eine anständige Menge, sonst gibt es immer nur die 200 g Gläser in bio zu kaufen, also entsteht jede Menge Glasmüll. Senf ist auch angebrochen sehr gut haltbar. Bei uns hat der 5 kg Eimer ohne Kühlschrank über 7 Monate gehalten und war bis dahin einwandfrei. Aber eigentlich wäre uns ein 1 kg Glas lieber gewesen, da es in der Küche stehen könnte und nicht im Keller.
