The Byodo linseed oil, virgin is definitely less bitter than other linseed oils I have tried. I am still not enthusiastic about the taste, but I can bring myself to take a tablespoon before breakfast.
Leinöl kannte schon meine Großmutter. Ich konnte mich mit dem bitteren Geschmack jedoch nie anfreunden. Das Byodo Leinöl, nativ ist auf jeden Fall weniger bitter als andere Leinöle, die ich schon ausprobiert habe. Begeistert bin ich vom Geschmack zwar trotzdem nicht, aber zu einen Esslöffel vorm Frühstück kann ich mich überwinden.

: Review date:The oil is very popular with us. My wife uses it in every dish. Whether in salads or to refine potatoes, she almost always reaches for linseed oil. If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't know. Because I can hardly taste the oil at all. This was different with other oils in the past. They smelled a bit musty and gave off the unpleasant smell to the food. Now I only taste the pleasant nutty aroma of the oil, which I like very much and which appears in almost every dish in our house.
Das Öl ist bei uns sehr beliebt. Meine Frau nimmt es in jedem Gericht. Ob in Salaten oder zum Verfeinern von Kartoffel, sie greift fast immer zum Leinöl. Wenn ich es nicht gesehen hätte, wüsste ich es nicht. Denn ich schmecke das Öl so gut wie gar nicht heraus. Dies war bei anderen Ölen in der Vergangenheit etwas anderes. Sie rochen etwas muffig und gaben den unangenehmen Geruch an das Essen ab. Jetzt schmecke ich nur noch das angenehm nussige Aroma des Öles, das ich sehr gerne mag und bei uns in fast jedem Gericht auftaucht.
