I have been buying this herb vinegar from Byodo for more than 20 years, when it was still sold under the name "Tante Bertas". It is our favourite vinegar for our salad dressings. Even my mother-in-law, who didn't usually buy organic products, tried this vinegar at my house and now only uses it for her salads.

Ich kaufe diesen Kräuteressig von Byodo schon länger als 20 Jahre, wurde damals noch unter dem Namen "Tante Bertas" verkauft. Bei uns ist er der beliebteste Essig für unsere Salatdressings. Sogar meine Schwiegermutter, die üblicherweise keine Bio-Artikel kaufte, hatte diesen Essig bei mir probiert und verwendet diesen nur noch für ihre Salate.
