: Review date:This excellent garlic sauce really tastes like homemade. I couldn't have made it any better. The spice mixture is well done and the ratio between garlic and yoghurt is ideal. The garlic doesn't overwhelm you, but it's still present and has a pleasant pungency. I always use the sauce for barbecues. It goes great with vegetable skewers or tofu patties. But the sauce also spices up jacket potatoes. At just under three euros, the price is really moderate for such a high-quality sauce. It certainly convinced me. By the way, you should also try the other sauces from Byodo. They are all very tasty.
Diese hervorragende Knoblauchsauce schmeckt wirklich wie selbstgemacht. Besser würde ich sie auch nicht hinbekommen. Die Gewürzmischung ist gut gelungen und das Verhältnis zwischen Knoblauch und Joghurt ist ideal. Der Knoblauch erschlägt einen nicht, ist aber trotzdem schön präsent und hat eine angenehme Schärfe. Ich verwende die Sauce immer zum Grillen. Sie passt super zu Gemüsespießen oder Tofu-Bratlingen. Aber auch Ofenkartoffeln werden durch die Sauce lecker aufgepeppt. Dabei ist der Preis mit knapp drei Euro für so eine qualitativ hochwertige Sauce wirklich moderat. Mich jedenfalls hat sie überzeugt. Übrigens sollte man auch die anderen Saucen von Byodo mal ausprobieren. Sie sind alle sehr lecker.
