: Review date:Unfortunately, this is the first sauce from Byodo that doesn't quite meet my taste. In fact, I would have liked it to be a bit fruitier, but then I probably should have just bought something else. I had imagined Curry Mango to be a little less curry, but I can hardly blame Byodo for that ;) It still gets a 4/5, because it's delicious!
Leider die erste Soße von Byodo, die nicht ganz meinen Geschmack trifft. Tatsächlich hätte ich sie mir etwas fruchtiger gewünscht, aber dann hätte ich wohl auch einfach etwas anderes kaufen sollen. Ich hatte mir unter Curry-Mango einfach ein bisschen weniger Curry vorgestellt, aber das kann ich Byodo ja kaum vorwerfen ;) Kriegt trotzdem eine 4/5, denn lecker ist sie allemal!

: Review date:As a big fan of curry, I am thrilled by the sweet and fruity taste of the sauce. I use it as a barbecue sauce, for salad dressings, with fish on bread, and so on. I have now built up a small stock, as one bottle lasts me about 3 weeks.

It is finely rounded in flavour and goes particularly well with poultry dishes and vegetable travel pans, and it is also good to use as a barbecue sauce. The fruity and spicy notes harmonise with each other, there is nothing to criticise about the declaration, so: top mark!
Die "Curry Mango" von Byodo gehört zu den wenigen Soßen, die bei uns nie ausgehen dürfen. Sie ist geschmacklich fein abgerundet und passt vor allem zu Geflügelgerichten und Gemüse-Reise-Pfannen, und sie ist auch als Grillsoße gut verwendbar.
