Preparation:
1. Place 100 ml cold milk and 250 ml of cold cream in a mixing bowl and add the content of the bag as well as 1-2 tbsp of sugar.
2. Stir briefly with a hand mixer at the lowest level.
3. Stor for 2-3 minutes at the highest level until an airy-creamy mousse is formed.
4. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator until consumption.

: Review date:Tried all three varieties of the mousse: unfortunately, it was not my taste at all. The flavour was far too weak, so the mousse varieties only tasted greasy and floury.
Habe alle drei Sorten der Mousse probiert: war leider überhaupt nicht mein Geschmack. Das Aroma war viel zu schwach, so dass die Mousse-Sorten lediglich fettig-mehlig schmecken.

: Review date:The berry mousse is really a dream! I still add sugar, but only because I like it sweet! Without adding any sugar, it is very fruity, fluffy and tastes wonderful. It's good just to eat with some fruit, or you can use it for cakes, but then you should beat it a little stiffer, because otherwise it's really too fluffy.
Das Beerenmousse ist wirklich ein Traum! Ich zuckere es zwar immer noch nach, aber nur, weil ich es einfach süß mag! Ohne selbst nach zu zuckern ist es sehr fruchtig, fluffig und schmeckt einfach wunderbar. Kann man gut einfach so mit ein paar Früchten essen, oder auch für Torten verwenden, dann sollte man es allerdings ein wenig steifer schlagen, weil es ansonsten wirklich zu fluffig ist.
