: Review date:Barbecue sauce has to taste of smoke. It's certainly not easy to achieve this in organic quality, but I found this one boring. It lacks everything that makes a good barbecue sauce. The consistency is also not to my taste, too much thickener (guar gum), which is all too easy to notice.
Barbecue Sauce muss nach Rauch schmecken. Sicherlich nicht einfach, das in Bioqualität hinzubekommen, aber ich empfand diese als langweilig. Da fehlt mir alles, was eine gute Barbecue Sauce ausmacht. Auch die Konsistenz ist gar nicht nach meinem Geschmack, zu viel Verdickungsmittel (Guakernmehl), das merkt man allzuleicht.

: Review date:A firework of flavours, sweet, hot, spicy, sour, smoky, salty, umami - all in one. We would never have thought that smoked salt could be used to "recreate" the classic barbecue flavour so well in organic form, but we were proven wrong during a tasting event at our organic market. Not only for barbecuing, we also love this sauce under cheese or pure on a rice cake (or bread) or for dipping.
Ein Feuerwerk an Geschmack, süß, scharf, würzig, sauer, rauchig, salzig, umami - alles in einem. Dass man mit Rauchsalz die klassische Barbecue-Grill-Note so super in Bio "nachbauen" kann, hätten wir nicht gedacht, wurden aber bei einer Verkostungsaktion in unserem Biomarkt eines Besseren belehrt. Nicht nur zum Grillen, wir lieben diese Soße auch unter Käse oder pur auf die Reiswaffel (resp. Brot) oder zum Dippen.

Wer gerne Barbecue Sauce mag, ist hier richtig. Mir wird leider von fast allen Barbecue Saucen schlecht, diese hier von Byodo ist da die einzige Ausnahme! Kaufe ich regelmäßig. Vorsicht, hoher Sucht-Faktor :-)
