: Review date:The best apple cider vinegar I know, flavoursome and yet round. It is said that apple cider vinegar is much more digestible than wine or even brandy vinegar. With this one, you get a balsamic version that is really good.
Die beste Apfelessigart, die ich kenne, würzig und trotzdem rund. Man sagt ja, dass Apfelessig viel bekömmlicher sein soll als Wein- oder gar Brannweinessig. Mit diesem holt man sich eine Balsamico-Variante, die richtig gut ist.

: Review date:Byodo is one of my favourite brands, partly because of its apple balsamic vinegar! It's a little sweet, a little sour, just right, also tastes of apple, is quite mild and drinkable. We love it with lamb's lettuce or on ox hearts (tomatoes!).
Byodo gehört zu meinen Lieblings-Marken: unter anderem wegen des Apfel-Balsamico! Er ist ein bisschen süss, ein bisschen sauer, genau richtig, schmeckt auch nach Apfel, ist ganz mild und süffig. Wir lieben ihn mit Feldsalat oder auf Ochsenherzen (Tomaten!).
